Mr. Stefan Warecka and Mr. Thomas Fleckl founded Cryptouniverse in Vienna, Austria, and merged with Blokforge in Arizona, USA.

Theoretically, this merger of European and American teams strengthened Blokforge's in business of selling and servicing miners.

However, 2 hints implied that BlokForge service may be challenged in the super heat of 2021 second half, 

1. Both Mr. Thomas Fleckl and Mr. Stefan Warecka marked an Ending Time of their works in Cryptouniverse, and neither of them mentioned Blokforge in their profiles. This looks more like a Buy-out, rather than Team Merger.
2. Some miner-buyers expressed concerns on Bitcointalk.org that their order were backlogged because of “lack of staff”. Considering the COVID situation in USA, it's understandble.
