ICI has delivered 2 Projects of Bitmain Antminer L3+ to a Middle Asia friend. What we've learnt are below.

1. Damage-on-Arrival (DOA) rate of Project 1 is 7/20, and Project 2 is 8/20, a.k.a 7 of 20 and 8 of 20 are not useable - mostly some Hash boards are damaged, so the Hashing power is not correct.
2. Generally miners are not difficult to repair, as long as you have the right repair-engineer, tools and chips/materials at hand. Conclusion is - never expect the quality of Miners similar to enterprise-class IT products like Cisco router or Dell servers, which are designed to work 10~35 years (super-long MTBF). Miners are designed at lowest-cost with largest computing power, so it really needs careful maintenance.

ICI plans to build our own repair lab in couple months. When we are ready, we shall release more info here.
