C. In China's open market, the brokers/distributors don't accept return, because they don't have their own stocks/buffers, so usually they only provide repair services based on 24 hour warranty. This is unfriendly to buyers, including traders like ICI, so if any DOA happens, please beware there might be 12-24 extra days needed for repair and shipping. 

D. ICI have accomplished a few projects in last 3 months, the DOA rate is around 35~40% for the used ones. Right now, because ICI's own repair engineer is not yet familiar with miners, so we have to use the brokers' repair shops. The cost of repair is covered by ICI ourselves, and in future we plan to grow ICI's own repair capacity. 

E. ICI quote miners' prices are for handover in Beijing, and if later you are interested, we can quote in CIP mode, or ship to destination door-to-door by couriers like DHL/Fedex.

F. ICI's miner prices include 1-month hardware warranty and life-time tech support.

G. Before shipping miners to you, our team will test each unit and send you testing result and pictures one by one,
