In short, we don't think it's yet the right time to do anything. If you never mined BTC or ETH, don't start now. If you never own any BTC/ETH, don't buy them. If you are mining, and someone can buy your rigs, and you feel uncertain or do not have a solid 3-4 year plan, now is a good time to sell your rigs.
